dvg_export_radius.pl: exports the users from the dvg_radius table into a radius database.

You need to modify this script so it'll fit into your environment

dvg_export_radius.pl: will cleanup the radius-database for all domains configured in the RADIUS-Section of the dvgtool.xml config-file. cleanup means: it'll delete any user from the radius-database not found in the DVG-Database.
